  • Don't know how this is done, but this looks like the Twitter equiv of a circulation list! Presumably it could be developed so you could fire in another hashtag, for another community. Startlingly good
  • I'm not sure quite what I think about this at some levels – a lot of it seems dimly to be about the business of being agreeable to 'individuals of high net worth' (a.k.a the rich) in order to help them with their philanthropy. This is outside my personal comfort zone really. BUT there are lots of aspects of their model(s) and their processes, as evidenced here on the site, that angelfish should examine carefully and pick up on.

Informatics designer Peter Jones of Redesign Research, author of Team Design, and an expert on the intersection of design and healthcare, is writing this book. It will be our first industry "vertical" UX book, and we can't imagine a more important (or ambitious!) place to start than healthcare.
We invite you to help shape the book by participating in the book's site and by joining the corresponding Ning community. You can also keep up with Peter's progress by following @designforcare and by subscribing to the site's RSS feed."

  • "a website where groups can quickly create a legal structure and get a simple system for group decisions. We think social enterprises, collectives and activist groups have better things to think about than obscure legal clauses.
The One Click Orgs platform will give you:
A constitution written in plain english; An official legal structure so your group can open a bank account; A list of group members that’s automatically kept up to date; A voting system to help make group decisions; A record of every decision that’s been made; Easy ways to modify the constitution as your group develops"
