Wonderful example of walking the talk – actually 'going to where users are' and engaging with them there, rather than expecting them to come to 'where *we've* built it'. How to get the rest of us to follow this. Also worth thinking about the trends shown in the graph – could the data be mashed up with the mash up shown on the BBC site – the one showing the swineflu timeline, to create an equiv of the google-search on 'flu'??
